I have to add a couple of places to your list to have a look at:
Kirk Originals is where I got my ones eleven years ago (yes, I’ve been wearing them THAT long). Terrible site, great frames.
Also, a friend of mine has been involved in a GlassesDirect type operation here in NZ – New Sight – I can’t vouch for it as yet as I haven’t used it myself… but it seems to get good results. And they’ve got one or two interesting frames in there as well.
Anyway, I await further installments!
