Zenni Optical are another online bargain eyewear store, but their prices start from $8US, instead of $39. Also, compared to 39dollarglasses.com, Zenni Optical has a much better range of frames.

I checked their reviews on Yelp and it looks like Zenni had problems delivering on time during October, but no one seemed to have any issues with the quality. There are certainly plenty of good reviews.
