I don't think there's anything wrong with wearing a pair of glasses with clear, non-corrective lenses! ModCloth have several pairs like this. Look Smart Daria I Dream of Janine If you see a pair of frames you like online or at the optometrist, you could just buy them and have them fitted with non-corrective clear lenses. I dare you!

11.20.08Zenni OpticalZenni Optical are another online bargain eyewear store, but their prices start from $8US, instead of $39. Also, compared to 39dollarglasses.com, Zenni Optical has a much better range of frames. I checked their reviews on Yelp and it looks like Zenni had problems delivering on time during October, but no one seemed to have any issues with the quality.
